IC INFORMATION;
Characters Name: Birthday
Age: 23
Canon: Hamatora
Canon Point: Season 2 episode 12, before getting healed.
Species: Human/Minimum Holder
Gender: Male
Orientation: Prefers ladies. He's seen a few times in series making passes at girls, voicing lewd comments toward them, and bringing up an interest in porn. The only notable exceptions to this an incident involving a man with a superpower that seduced other men (exclusively other men is this show even real, I ask myself) which was played as a gag, and potentially his partner Ratio. With whom he is... close. Very close. Other than that, he's pretty much about the girls.

History: he was a super gay baby who almost dies and then he dropped out of school I guess? To become a super gay PI who almost dies again.
Appearance: Look at this idiot.
No canon height/weight are given, but a good estimate would likely be _'_" (whatevercm) and __lbs (??kg). He's a pretty scrawny looking guy, even compared to this dude (who probably can't even afford to feed himself properly most of the time).
Personality:
Super flashy, loud, and thrill seeking are probably the most apt ways to describe Birthday. Many times throughout the course of the series, he's seen pulling some ridiculous stunt, making a spectable of himself, or generally just trying to find any nugget of fun that can be extracted from a situation. Truly the sort of person who lives every day to it's fullest, and the motivations behind those actions are made extremely clear very early on in the story. Being an incredibly ill child (who shows up at his youngest more or less on death's door) has given Birthday an almost urgent sense of living each day to its maximum. While he had been granted a temporary fix that's carried his health through many, many years, Birthday knows that a relapse is always looming overhead and is very likely an inevitability. As such, he wants to have as much fun with the time that he has, enjoying days with his companions and making some sort of impact on the world around him.

This does not mean that he's a person who is resigned to his fate, however. Far from it, in fact, and even as a kid was hell bent on showing just how worthless 'fate' as a concept was. Upon seeking out a young Ratio, who was able to accurately predict immenint death in those around him who had failing health (Birthday included), used the encounter and prediction as an excuse to show the world what-for. After what is noted as a tooth and nail struggle to survive a risky surgery, Birthday obviously comes out on top of the fight for his own life. He then uses his determination to keep the prediction of his own death as wrong as he possibly can, and continues to cling to life with as much tenacity as possible.

Many of his actions come off as rather callous and uncaring, or downright selfish. Now here is where I tell you about examples.

At his core, Birthday is a very passionate individual who cares very deeply for those in his life. His will to live is fueled almost entirely by the feeling that his own survival is the only thing that keeps Ratio going, and as such does everything in his power to keep his failing health under wraps so as not to worry his partner. Upon hearing that a different friend of theirs goes missing, pretty much everything is dropped without a second thought in order to find her. The well being of those around him is a very important thing for Birthday, even if it isn't very clear when seeing his normal behavior.

Abilities: As a Minimum Holder, Birthday is granted special abilities that separate him from normal humans. His own ability allows him to redirect electricity using his body as a medium, so long as the electricity passes through his mouth first. He's usually seen with a taser on hand as a source, though any electrical source he can bite (such as wires) works as well. The ability additionally makes him immune to electrical shocks.
Other: The canon point he's being taken from includes him being hospitalized due to his (vague and mysterious???) illness (whatever it is). Obviously that's all going to be wiped upon arriving in Holly Heights, but it's worth mentioning that it's something that would have an impact on his mental state and frame of mind for some time after arriving.
